The Clarity Experience is an immersive, single-day equine- assisted leadership workshop designed for individuals or small groups of 1-5 participants seeking renewed focus, confidence, and alignment in their leadership journey. This intimate experience combines purposeful groundwork with structured equine interaction to strengthen leadership presence, communication, and self-awareness. Each participant is paired with a dedicated horse, creating a powerful one-to-one partnership that offers immediate, honest nonverbal feedback through nonverbal communication and energetic alignment.
The Reclaim Experience
Package II: The Reclaim Experience
The Reclaim Experience is a fully immersive three-day equine- assisted leadership workshop for individuals or small groups of 1-5 participant is paired with a dedicated horse for the duration of the experience, allowing for deep connection, continuity, and transformational leadership insight.
This all-inclusive retreat includes on-site accommodations and meals, creating a focused environment for reflection growth, and leadership reclamation through guided equine partnership
The Essential Experience
Package III: The Essential Experience is a five-day, all inclusive equine-assisted leadership retreat immersion for groups of 2 to 12 participants. This immersive program includes daily groundwork, role-style horsemanship, role-play team workshops, historical education on leadership and its role in everyday life, curated wine-tasting events, and reflective leadership activities. All meals and accommodations are included, creating fully supported environment for deep connection, learning, and leadership transformation.
